  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time across India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • Tracking ID & courier details

You can track your shipment directly using the provided tracking link.

Packaging

All SPICELER™ products are packed securely to avoid leakage or damage during transit.
Glass jars are wrapped with extra protective packaging for safe delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays may occasionally happen due to:

Damaged Package

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Email us with your order number and proof of damage.

Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund after verification.
